It's picked early, before ripening, industrial farmed with lots of chemicals and fuel. 80% of the food $ goes to transportation & related costs, with only 7% to the farmer. It is our intention to migrate to fresh, picked when ripe, full of live enzymes, pestcide and chemical free food from your garden phot.

The purpose of this Meetup group is to insure the preservation and restoration of the Suwannee River Basin Watershed. This includes the major river basins that feed into the Suwannee River. These major basins are the Okefenokee Swamp, the Alapaha River Basin, the Withlacoochee River Basin, and the Santa Fe River Basin. We utilize the ethics and the 12 principles of permaculture design in all that we do.
